Delivery of Asphalt Sealer to Us

Our season begins with the first tractor trailer delivery of asphalt sealer to our bulk tank located in Calvert County. What is sealer and what does it do? Sealer extends the service life of your pavement and helps reduce maintenance costs by protecting asphalt from the destructive effects of water, sunlight, and oxidation. 

• Superior Bond: Our sealer is chemically reinforced to enhance adhesion to asphalt, rejuvenating the surface and preventing raveling.
• Tough & Durable:  Our sealer is a petroleum resin emulsion specifically formulated as a weather protective, water resistant coating for all asphalt surfaces, creating tough and long lasting protection.
• Protect & Beautify: Our sealer creates a barrier that protects against the destructive effects of sun and water, giving your pavement a deep black color and making it easier to clean.  Note: In the liquid state, sealer is a brown emulsion.  When dry, it turns into a deep black coating.

Delivery of Sealer to Your Property

We have a fleet of seven trucks and four rigs with the ability to complete any commercial or residential sealcoating job, regardless of size. We take pride in the regular maintenance and upkeep of our equipment. The care given to our equipment is a reflection of the same level of attention that we will use in servicing your property.

Crack Sealing Pavement

Moisture that lies in cracks, and the repeated freezing and thawing of this moisture, can deteriorate the integrity of your asphalt. Utilizing crack seal can help extend the life of your pavement. Using our fifty years of cumulative experience in the industry, we will make a decision about the best type of crack sealer to use, if needed, on your property.

Prepping Your Property and Application of Sealer

Utilizing a variety of power brooms, sweepers, blowers, trimmers, and wire brushes, we will move any debris, leaves, grass clippings, and moss from your asphalt prior to the application of sealer. We will then take the utmost care in sealcoating your property.

Line Striping

We are equipped to handle all of your commercial and residential line striping needs including parking stalls, handicap spots, hash outs, numbered stalls, crosswalks, arrows, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and more.
